As a Creative Director, Nikki-Lee takes a collaborative, client-led approach, ensuring every appointment is tailored and considered. By combining creativity with genuine connection, she creates personalised, wearable styles that feel authentic and leave clients feeling confident and comfortable.
Nikki-Lee is available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

With 17 years of experience, Mica specialises in thoughtful, personalised hairdressing inspired by creativity, individuality, and self-expression. Drawing influence from film, photography, and music, she is known for precision cutting and seamless grey blending, creating looks that feel effortless, authentic, and uniquely tailored to each client.
Mica takes a collaborative approach to every appointment, working closely with clients to enhance their natural hair while considering their lifestyle, preferences, and long-term hair goals. With a calm, empathetic nature, she creates a welcoming space for people with a wide range of individual needs and experiences, including those navigating health conditions or life changes. Her priority is ensuring every client feels comfortable, listened to, and confident in a style that truly feels like their own.
Mica is available for appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and every other Saturday.

Aayah
Aayah is one of our curly hair specialists, with over 12 years of experience working with textured hair. Passionate about enhancing natural curls and coils, she takes a personalised approach to every appointment, helping clients understand and embrace their unique hair.
Alongside her expertise in textured hair, Aayah specialises in a wide range of haircuts, from pixie cuts and bobs to long layers and reshaping services. She carefully tailors each cut to suit her clients’ hair texture, lifestyle, and personal style, creating looks that feel both beautiful and wearable.
She also specialises in bridal styling, creating bespoke looks that reflect each client’s individuality and vision. Aayah is committed to providing a calm, one-to-one experience where clients feel listened to, understood, and fully supported throughout their appointment. Her hijab-friendly service offers a comfortable and private environment for those who prefer additional privacy, ensuring every client feels welcome, respected, and at ease.

Gill is our curly hair and texture specialist, with a passion for helping clients embrace and celebrate their natural hair. Specialising in textured hair, precision cutting, and expressive shapes, she creates everything from modern pixie cuts to contemporary mullets, focusing on movement, individuality, and enhancing each client's natural texture.
Known for her thoughtful and client-focused approach, Gill takes the time to understand each person's hair, preferences, and styling routine, creating looks that feel both wearable and uniquely personal. She also offers a sensory-friendly experience, providing a calm and supportive environment tailored to individual needs, helping clients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their appointment.
Gill is currently focused on cutting and texture services and is not taking on new colour clients at this time.
