Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase from us. As our products are personal-use haircare items, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind unless items are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Retail Products
For in-store purchases, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For hygiene reasons, this doesn’t apply to items that have been opened or used.
Where returns are eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we’ll cover reasonable postage costs or arrange a prepaid return.
Salon Services
Our stylists are self-employed professionals who operate independently within the salon. Because of this, services are provided at the discretion of the individual stylist, and refunds are not offered on completed services.
If you’re not completely happy with your service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. We’ll pass your feedback on to the stylist, who will review and advise on any appropriate next steps at their discretion.
Proof of Purchase & Refunds
All returns and refunds require a valid receipt or transaction record. Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method, though we may also offer an exchange or salon credit where appropriate.
Your Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
